3large ripe avocados
1tablespoon15 mL fresh lime juice
1 ⅔cups300 g cherry tomatoes, halved
3ounces85 g part-skim, no-salt-added fresh mozzarella, torn
⅓cupabout 7 g fresh basil leaves, gently torn
⅛teaspoon0.5 g freshly ground black pepper

6teaspoons30 mL high-quality balsamic glaze with no added sugar
Instructions
Grill the Bread: Lightly brush each side of the bread with olive oil. Heat a grill pan (or use a toaster if you don’t want grill marks) and toast 2–3 minutes per side, until golden.
Prepare the Toppings: Halve the cherry tomatoes; tear the mozzarella and basil into bite-size pieces.
