- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk

- 3 tablespoons tahini paste

- 1 small pinch of ground cardamom
- 1 tiny pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients the frozen banana slices, pitted dates, almond milk, ice cubes, tahini, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, cardamom, and sea salt—into a high-speed blender.
- Secure the lid and blend on high for about 45 to 60 seconds, continuing until the mixture is perfectly smooth and has a thick, creamy consistency.
- Pour the smoothie into two serving glasses. Add an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top for garnish and serve immediately to enjoy!
