Description

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 large bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • 3 large Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 to 4 ice cubes
  • 3 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 pinch of ground cinnamon (plus more for garnish)
  • 1 small pinch of ground cardamom
  • 1 tiny pinch of sea salt


Instructions

  1. Place all the ingredients the frozen banana slices, pitted dates, almond milk, ice cubes, tahini, ground flaxseed, cinnamon, cardamom, and sea salt—into a high-speed blender.
  2. Secure the lid and blend on high for about 45 to 60 seconds, continuing until the mixture is perfectly smooth and has a thick, creamy consistency.
  3. Pour the smoothie into two serving glasses. Add an extra sprinkle of cinnamon on top for garnish and serve immediately to enjoy!
